Syndrome, comprised of artists Micah Hancock, James Larese and Mars Sandoval, began as an LA-based art collective primarily focused on gallery shows and installations. Along with executive producer, Monica Blackburn they then moved on to establish a creative boutique under the same name. Spotlighted in Shoot Magazine's 2008 New Director Showcase, the LA-based collective have been collaborating as visual artists for almost a decade, now specializing in live-action directing and design for commercials, music videos and broadcast.
