Award-winning director Mark Romanek, of Anonymous Content, crosses adeptly between commercials, music videos and features films.  His artistically poignant work has gained critical and commercial acclaim across the advertising and entertainment worlds.

Never Let Me Go, starring Carey Mulligan and Keira Knightley, will be Romanek’s second feature directorial credit when it debuts in late 2010.  He previously directed One Hour Photo starring Robin Williams.

In addition to his feature film and commercial credits, Romanek has directed video clips that stretch across musical genres and mediums and include Johnny Cash, Coldplay, Janet Jackson, Mick Jagger, Jay-Z, Lenny Kravitz, Madonna, Red Hot Chili Peppers and R.E.M.

As one of the industry’s most celebrated directors of music videos, Romanek’s work has garnered more than 20 MTV VMAs, three Grammys, a CMA, and three Billboard Music Awards.  MTV also awarded Romanek a Video Vanguard Award in 1997 for his overall contribution to the medium. Two of his videos have been added to the permanent collection at the Museum of Modern Art in New York.
