AFI "Girls Not Grey"

UK-born David Slade recently released his third feature film, The Twillight Saga: Eclipse, the third in the Twillight series.  Slade's prior feature film starring Josh Hartnett is entitled, 30 Days of Night.  Set on the Arctic circle in small town Alaska, a town prepares for the month long winter period when the sun is not seen.  After the town is engulfed in black, it is attacked by a bloodthirsty gang of vampires.  David’s previous feature, Hard Candy, starring Emmy nominated actor Patrick Wilson and newcomer Ellen Page, had a celebrated premiere at Sundance in 2005.  David's music video credits inlcude artists such as System of a Down, Muse, Tori Amos and Aphex Twin.  David graduated with a Fine Arts degree and immediately began working as a journalist before shifting gears into directing.  David is with Anonymous Content and currently resides in Los Angeles with his girlfriend and small dachshund.
